Fluorite ~
Chakras = All
Cleanses the Astral Body • Enhances Mental Capacities • Clears Confusion • Balances Mental Energy • Purification
Fluorite is an extraordinary creation of Nature, beautiful and luminous, soft and glassy, often vibrant in color, with an internal structure of order and perfection that resonates with the human mind like no other crystal.
Use Fluorite to clear mental fog, confusion or conflicting ideas, or to quiet worried thoughts. It is ideal for overcoming any form of disorganization, and is perfect for increasing thought and concentration.
Fluorite has a wonderful, stabilizing effect on the emotional body, helping one to think through one's feelings when overwhelmed. That allows a clear pattern to emerge that dissolves confusion, fear of the future, or of making a wrong decision. It gently brings suppressed feelings to the surface for resolution.
These stones can help dispel illusion and rigid thinking to reveal the truth and help one move beyond narrow mindedness to the bigger picture. It increases self confidence and structures one's energy to unearth one's true potential.
Now comes the real question...
Do stones really have energy, or is it all make believe?
I get this question all the time. The truth is, it comes down to what you believe. If you believe these stones can change your life, they will, and if you don’t, they won’t. What it really comes down to is mindset.
Science is catching up to this idea. Michael Merzenich, a neuroscientist and Professor Emeritus at UCSF who helped pioneer the study of neuroplasticity, put it this way: “We now realize that the brain is subject to change, and this change can be substantially under our control.” Your thoughts and choices actually shape the brain you live with.
The Dalai Lama once asked whether the mind alone could change the brain. Neuroscientist Richard Davidson went looking for the answer by studying monks with years of meditation practice, and he found striking differences in their brain activity. His conclusion: “Meditation can change the function of the brain in an enduring way.” Change your thoughts, change your life.
The people we admire most train their minds as hard as their skills. Michael Jordan said it in his famous Nike ad: “I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.” And the idea is ancient. The Dhammapada, one of the oldest Buddhist texts, opens with this line: “All that we are is the result of what we have thought.”
