Shipping policy

Every Lucid Artifacts piece is handmade in Santa Barbara, California, and packed by hand.

Processing time

Orders ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

Jewelry

• United States: $5 flat rate per order, no matter how many pieces
• International: $20 flat rate per order

Harem pants

• United States: $15 flat rate
• Harem pants ship to US addresses only

All orders ship with USPS.

Delivery times

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on USPS and your location. International delivery times vary by country and can be longer while a package clears customs.

International orders

Customs duties, import taxes and fees charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost. These charges are set by your country’s customs office, not by Lucid Artifacts.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us right away. Once an order has shipped, we can’t change the address.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while, or it says delivered but you can’t find your package, email us and we’ll help sort it out with USPS.
